We are glad to welcome you to our charming waterfront T3, “Le Mosala 3***” located in a residence giving direct access to the beach of St-Leu. Designed for 4 people, this apartment is ideally located to enjoy a stay in an idyllic setting by the ocean and the city center.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
✅ A fully equipped kitchen designed for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, griddle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer as well as a dining area with a table for 2.
✅ An air-conditioned living room equipped with a corner sofa, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and a dining area.
✅ Two air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fan. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, a closet and opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, a large dressing room and a desk area for teleworkers.
✅ A bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, and hair dryer.
✅ A beautiful terrace with a dining area, a plancha and garden furniture. You will enjoy the ocean view and the beautiful sunset.
