We are glad to welcome you in our beautiful "Villa Latibulum", 140 m2, located in Saint-Pierre, 10 minutes from the lagoon, the seafront and the market. This large villa designed for 10 people is ideal to enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends.

ACCOMMODATION:
✅ A kitchen with a central island fully equipped and designed for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, dishwasher and fridge and freezer.
✅ A spacious living room with a view on the swimming pool, equipped with a large sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix connection and access to Reunion satellite channels. You will also enjoy a dining area for 8 people.
✅ A first air-conditioned bedroom upstairs with a double bed and a chest of drawers. This overlooks a mezzanine with a sofa bed.

Bien indiquer sur votre descriptif que la situation est à proximité de sainte pierre mais ne pas indiquer qu’il s’agit d’une situation idéale. En effet le quartier ne permet pas de sortir à pied en soirée.

Personnes alcoolisées et sous emprise de stupéfiants dans la rue , rodéo de scooters. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h et nous sommes tombés nez à nez avec des gens sous emprises qui se sont mis devant notre voiture et nous n’étions pas rassurés |
