We welcome you to our spacious villa "Villa Alice***", located 15 minutes from Saint-André downtown and 5 min walk from the seaside and the mouth of the Mat les Bas river, an ideal place for nice walks. This modern villa, designed for 10 people, is ideally located for family and friends.

✅ On the ground floor:
• A large living room equipped with a smart TV, an internet connection, and a dining area.
• A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and oven.
• A laundry room with storage space, a washing machine and cleaning equipment.
• An air-conditioned resting area with a double sofa bed and a small bathroom with shower.
✅ On the first floor:
• Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms also has a storage space.
• Two other bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has storage space and the other has a view of the pool.
• A functional bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower.
✅ Second floor:
• A master bedroom with a queen size bed, a storage space with cupboard and a functional bathroom with Italian shower. It opens onto a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.

La maison est très bien , mais barbecue, table à manger et ustensiles de cuisine trop petit pour des familles nombreuse et le pire c’est un voisin qui n’arrête pas de ce plaindre avec keylodge parce que les enfants joue ou que nous faisons un peu de see more

Si vous aimer écouter un peu de musique ou si vous avez des enfants ou si vous parler un peu fort éviter ce logement
